It's an easy recipe that I made up myself.
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken, cut up (1 inch by 3 inches)
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup corn flake crumbs
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Heat oil in frying pan (medium high or 300 degrees)
2. Dip the chicken in the milk.
3. Then roll the chicken in the crumbs.
4. Add the chicken to the frying pan and cook each side about 8 minutes.
5. Lay out on a rack to cool.
