Ingredients:
3 cups chicken breast
1 large bell pepper
1 medium onion
1/2 cup water chestnuts
1 cup bamboo shoots
3 tbsp teriaki sauce
Directions:
1. Trim Chicken of excess fat and cube. Place in wok.
2. Chop onion and place in wok.
3. Add teriaki sauce.
4. Slice up pepper, add to wok.
5. Open bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Drain and add to wok.
