Chicken Stewed Tomatoe Parmigiana

Easy and different type of parmigiana and its easy
Ingredients:
8 large chicken breasts
flour mixture
flour, pepper, salt, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning
3 cans (16 oz) italian stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp oregano
1 can mushrooms drained
shredded mozzerella cheese
parmesean cheese
Directions:
1. In 9 x 13 baking dish add enough olive oil to coat pan
2. Roll chicken in flour mixture
3. Place in pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
4. Meanwhile:
5. In saucepan simmer together:
6. stewed tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and mushrooms, add seasonings to your taste
7. Take chicken out of oven and pour tomatoe mixture over chicken
8. Top with mozzerella cheese and at least 1/2 cup Parmesean cheese
9. Return to oven and cook 20 minutes or till chicken is done and cheeses are melted
10. Serve over pasta or with warm Italian bread
