Chicken Soup in The Slow Cooker

Ingredients:
250 g (approx. 500g carcasses) chicken
1 onion
1 carrot
40 g (1 stalk) celery
3/5 g (1) bay leaf
1 tsp thyme
18 g (1tbsp) chicken stock
1 tsp curry powder
6 cups water
Directions:
1. Place chicken carcasses, chopped onion, sliced carrot and sliced celery in slow cooker with bay leaf, thyme, stock powder, curry powder and water.
2. Cook on low for 8-12hrs.
3. Remove bones, allow to cool, refrigerate and scoop off fat.
4. Reheat and add salt and pepper to taste.
