Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups canned low-sodium chicken broth
1 package (10 oz/280 g) frozen peas and carrots
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
11/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/4-teaspoon salt
1/4-teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup fine egg noodles
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine broth, vegetables, chicken, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and stir in noodles.
3. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 6 minutes.
