Ingredients:
3 chicken sausage
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 large carrots, julienned
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Use cooking spray on medium heat in a large skillet or wok.
2. Break up and cook sausage until browned.
3. Add onion, green pepper and carrots and fry until cooked.
4. Add soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
