Mashed potatoes and a green vegetable would round this meal out nicely.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
1/8 teaspoon soy sauce
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Butterfly each breast and place in a large glass pan.
2. Combine sour cream, worcestershire sauce, cayenne, paprika, salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme and soy sauce and pour over chicken, making sure each piece is coated.
3. Marinate overnight.
4. Next day remove chicken from marinade, and shake off any excess.
5. Place a pat of butter in the middle of each chicken breast and roll up.
6. Roll in bread crumbs and fit snugly in an 8-inch square baking pan.
7. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
