Chicken Salsa Soup

A delicious low-fat family favorite!
Ingredients:
32 ounces chicken broth
1 cup water
15 1/4 ounces frozen corn
1 (10 ounce) jar salsa (i prefer on the border)
3 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to taste)
Directions:
1. Cube chicken.
2. Combine water, chicken broth, salsa, corn and chicken. Add chili powder.
3. Simmer for 15-20 minutes (until chicken is cooked).
4. Garnish with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips if desired.
