Chicken Salad With Ginger

This was originally a Weight Watcher's recipe, but I use full fat mayo in mine and I added the mustard. Not sure about the serving size; I eat it with whole wheat pita bread (with a few spinach leaves). When my grapes aren't that sweet, I throw in a handful or so of golden raisins.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes (chopped if they're really big)
1 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Serve on lettuce for a salad or on bread for a sandwich.
