This is a wonderfully different chicken salad. The toasted pecans really push it over into addictive.
Ingredients:
4 cups of cooked chicken, chopped
1 14-oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup of toasted pecans, chopped
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tsp of celery salt
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients together.
2. Chill until ready to serve.
3. This salad makes a great sandwich on toast. It's also tasty with crackers or all by itself with some greens.
