Good summer meal. From Weight Watchers
Ingredients:
1/2 c plain fat-free yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise, olive oil based
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vinegar, apple-cider
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 c chicken breast, cooked
1 1/2 c grapes, halved & seedless - red
1/4 c walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, mayo, honey, vinegar, mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper in large bowl.
2. Add chicken, grapes, and walnuts. Toss to coat evenly.
