Delicious chicken salad alone, on a green salad or in a sandwich.
Ingredients:
4 c. chicken breast, cubed
2 c. apples, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. grapes, sliced
1/3 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. light mayonaise
1/3 c. plain lowfat yogurt
Directions:
1. Toss apples in lemon juice then combine all ingredients.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
