Chicken Salad The Way I Like It

Just made it this morning. Loved it enough to write down
Ingredients:
1 whole (2 halves) skinless boneless chicken breast, cooked (rotisserie or grilled will do, too)
1 medium carrot
2 stalks celery
1/2 granny smith apple
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 red bell pepper (optional)
2-3 scallions (optional)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp spicy mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 lemon juice
dash of sweet paprika
fresh herbs of your choice
Directions:
1. Chop or small-dice chicken and vegetables, finely chop herbs
2. Toss together in a bowl
3. Add condiments and seasoning, squeeze lemon juice
4. Mix gently to prevent mashing.
5. Serve inside the pita pocket or similar mediterranean bread.
6. * Cook time is for cooking chicken, but you can buy pre-cooked one
