fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast, celery, Original Miracle Whip, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, seasoned salt, pepper, whole wheat bread cvt
Ingredients:
280 g (0.6 lb) fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup original miracle whip
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish, drained
1 1/2 tbsp (1 t + 1 1/2 tsp) lemon juice
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/8 tsp pepper
8 slices whole wheat bread
Directions:
1. Poach chicken on stovetop or in microwave. Drain, cool and cube. Combine with chopped celery in a bowl.
2. Mix dressing, relish, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over celery and chicken mixture. Combine and chill.
