one slice my homemade 8-grain bread
Ingredients:
30 grams chicken breast, roasted
20 grams almonds, slivered
1 tbsp craisins
2 gherkins, chopped
2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
80 grams wholegrains bread
1 tsp butter
Directions:
1. Chop chicken into fine dice
2. Break up the slivered almonds into smaller bits
3. Chop the gherkins fine
4. Mix all together (except bread)
5. Add spinach or lettuce, if desired
6. Spread butter on bread, make sandwich (either open face or cut bread in half.
