Chicken Salad Polynesian Style W/ Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mise en Place
  2. Peel the apple then rub w/ Lemon
  3. SLice the apple quarter 2mm thick
  4. Mix in sliced apples and pineapples with Tartar Sauce
  5. Bottom : Shredded Lettuce
  6. Middle : Pineapple & Apples
  7. Top : Sliced Roasted Chicken , Cheese , Toast Bread , Coconut , Sliced Black Olive
  8. At the Photos , i add cherry and parsley leaf as garnish .
