Serve on bread or crackers.
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken, deboned and chopped
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch red pepper
1/2-1 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Coarsely chop chicken (food processor works well for this).
2. Remove.
3. Chop onion, then add celery in processor; chop fine.
4. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
5. Add seasonings to taste.
