Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
3 scallions, minced
1 tbsp parsley, chopped finely
1/2 tsp lemon peel, grated
1 salt and pepper
3 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream, scallions, parsley, lemon peel, salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to blend. Ad the chicken and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce or wraps.
