One of my favorites for a picnic.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped red onion
Directions:

mix yogurt mayonaise parsley flakes seasoned salt and ground pepper until combined. add chicken celery and onion. toss to coat well and cover. refrigerate at least 30 minutes. serve on a sandwich or salad greens.
