I got this yummy salad from our local newspaper
Ingredients:
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 celery ribs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 teaspoons mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
2. Chill for at least an hour.
3. Serve on sandiwch or eat as a salad.
