1 head lettuce or 1 package mixed salad green
3 -4 cooked chicken breasts
1 can water chestnut
1 bunch green onion
3 teaspoons sesame seeds
4 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:

Mix salad ingredients.

Mix dresing ingredients and pour over salad.
3.
Serve over Chinese noodles if desired.
