Chicken Romaine Salad

A protien packed salad for lunch or dinner. Feel free to substitute your own favorite veggies or a dressing (NI will change)
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs thin sliced chicken breasts
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup tomato
1 cup couscous
1/2 cup avocado
1/2 cup red onion
2 egg whites
Directions:
1. Sauté chicken using Pam Olive Oil spray. Chop when cooked.
2. Portion romaine into 5 Tupperware containers.
3. Chop up remaining ingridients and mix in large bowl. Spoon into each tupperware.
4. Add chicken to each tupperware.
5. Refrigerate.
