Stir Fry
Ingredients:
90 g carrots, sliced
135 g broccoli, chopped
75 g bell pepper, sliced
105 g green beans
5 g sesame oil
15 ml light soy sauce
105 g baby corn
75 g asparagus, chopped
360 g chicken breast, raw, chopped
300 g shrimp, cooked, shelled
14 cashew nuts
Directions:
1. Heat the oil - add the soy, chicken and vegetables.
2. Cook through until the chicken is cooked - add the prawns and cashew nuts, plus any additional seasonings.
3. Serve over rice or barley.
