Although I love to try new recipes, I keep coming back to this favourite. I did not see it listed on this site and wanted to share it with everyone. Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
6 garlic cloves, peeled |
salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon rosemary |
Directions:
1. Cut up the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. 2. Heat pan to medium heat and add olive oil. 3. Fry chicken until golden brown. 4. Reduce heat to low and add garlic cloves, rosemary, salt and pepper, and red wine vinegar. 5. Cook on low for 15-20 minutes. |
