Ingredients:

  • 1 lb checken
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 425. cook chicken and vegetables
  2. Saute onions in butter until translucent stir in flour salt & pepper add chicken broth and milk simmer till thick put chicken and vegis in pie pan pour sauce on top cover with 2 nd crust and bake for 35 minutes
