Creamy mushroom sauce, pasta, vegetables and chicken are stirred together for a delicious, one-dish supper.
Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
0.5 (1 lb) package spaghetti, cooked without salt and drained
Directions:
1. Heat the soup, milk, cheese, garlic powder and vegetables in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring often.
2. Stir the chicken in the saucepan and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the chicken mixture over the spaghetti.
