A very simple but tasty meal.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups fresh, diced vegetables
4 ounces linguine, cooked and drained
6 ounces diced chicken
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In large skillet/wok/pan cook and stir veggies in oil for 5 minutes or until tender crisp.
2. Add chicken and linguine.
3. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
4. Stir in cheese.
