Chicken Parm
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds boneless chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded mozzarella
Directions:
1. Mix 1/8 c Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2. Bread chicken breasts
3. Fry in pan using Pam
4. Arrange in 9x13 baking dish
5. sprinkle 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
6. Cover with spaghetti sauce (instead of tomato sauce) and diced tomatoes
7. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven
8. Serve with pasta
