Ingredients:
24 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup oil
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp white vinegar
Directions:
1. Heat wok. Add oil and add ginger, chicken and 3 slices of lemon. stir fry on medium heat about 4-5 minutes or until chicken is done. Do not brown. Serve with sauce.
2. Sauce-whisk remaining ingredients together until smooth.
