Chicken Oreganata a La Lori

Ingredients:
8 large chicken thighs
3 tablespoons dried oregano
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
1/3 cup olive oil
1 large lemon, juice of
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 500°F.
2. Toss together the chicken, oregano, salt and pepper.
3. Place in a sprayed 9x13-inch pan.
4. Whisk together the oil and lemon juice. Pour over chicken.
5. Bake 15 minutes. Turn chicken. Bake 15 more minutes.
6. YUM!
