1941's Everyday Foods I would even add grapes to this, for a bit of a change. Great for left-over turkey after the holiday!
Ingredients:
2 cups diced meat (chicken, fish, turkey or veal)
1 cup sliced celery (or cucumber)
1/4 cup chopped olives (or hard cooked eggs)
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients and serve on bread or lettuce leaves.
