From a chuch cookbook called Our Daily Bread from the First Baptist Church in Vernon, Tx. I picked this up at Half Price Books, a wonderful source for local cookbooks.
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken or 4 cups turkey, cooked and diced
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup ripe olives, sliced
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon accent seasoning
salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 dash garlic salt
Directions:
1. Mix togather in salad bowl.
2. Let stand overnight in refrigerator to blend flavors.
