Chicken Nuggets Made With Shredded Wheat

Great chicken nuggets made with boneless chicken breasts. The kids eat them up- without Ranch dressing. They are baked, low-fat and healthy too. Recipe on box of Kroger brand shredded wheat and tweaked a bit.
Ingredients:
2 cups bite size shredded wheat cereal, crushed to 1 cup
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (emeril's essence)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 lb chicken breast, cut approx 1-inch by 1-inch (boneless, skinless)
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a bowl blend cereal, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, paprika and garlic powder.
3. In a different bowl mix mayo, honey and mustard.
4. Stir chicken into wet mixture then roll in dry mixture to coat evenly.
5. Place on rack in shallow backing pan.
6. Bake 15-20 min or until slightly browned and done (165F internal temp).
