Ingredients:
500 g chicken breast fillets
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
50 g breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
Directions:
1. Preheat an oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius (375 F) . Cut the chicken breast into 1cm wide strips, and toss in oil.
2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients for the chicken nuggets in a bowl.
3. Put the chicken pieces into the bowl and coat them well.
4. Put the chicken pieces on a grill pan and bake uncovered for 20 minutes
5. turning the nuggets halfway through cooking.
