Chicken Noodle Goulash (Abs Diet)

My husband does the abs diet. This is one of the recipes from there that he likes. I hope you enjoy too!
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 (6 ounce) package egg noodles
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 (8 ounce) cans white meat chicken, cubed
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Bring the water to a boil and add the egg noodles.
2. Cook until the noodles begin to soften.
3. Add the remaining ingredients.
4. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Salt to taste.
