I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
16 ounces refried beans
1 cup salsa
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or 2 cups colby monterey jack cheese
tortilla chips
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine the chicken, beans, salsa and onion; heat through.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with cheese.
3. Serve with chips.
