Chicken & Mushrooms Dijon

This is an easy recipe to cook when you are in a hurry and elegant enough to serve to company. I use whatever mushrooms look good to me that day! It's delicious served with rice and a fresh salad.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup chicken broth
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet.
2. Add chicken and saute' 5 - 7 minutes
3. Add mushrooms and onions and saute' 3 minutes.
4. Combine broth, cornstarch and mustard.
5. Pour over chicken, mushrooms and onions.
6. Bring to boil and cook until sauce is thickened.
