Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crubs combined with paprika, coating well.
  2. In 13X9 baking dish, arrange chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
  3. Pour 1 cup Sauce over chicken (I used a little more to make sure all chicken was covered!). Top with cheese, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Sprinkle a little more cheese over the veggies! Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with remaining sauce, heated, and sprinkle, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese!
  4. ENJOY! (Goes great with some texas toast, and salad!).
