Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken in Italian dressing several hours or overnight.
  2. In large bowl or zip-lock bag, combine flour, pepper, garlic powder,Italian seasoning and paprika.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade and coat with flour mixture.
  4. In large non stick skillet, heat margarine and olive oil until hot.
  5. Brown chicken and transfer to baking dish and set aside for a few minutes.
  6. Deglaze same skillet with the wine and chicken stock and bring to hard boil.
  7. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
  8. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with fresh, chopped parsley.
  9. Bake in 450 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
  10. Eat with your favorite pasta and ENJOY!
