Chicken Manicotti Salad With Oriental Peanut Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare Oriental Peanut Dressing by mixing all ingredients with a wire whisk. Set aside.
  2. Cook and drain manicotti as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  3. Finely chop 1 cup of the coleslaw mix.
  4. Mix finely chopped coleslaw, the chicken, bean sprouts, peanuts and water chestnuts.
  5. Fill manicotti with chicken mixture.
  6. Divide remaining coleslaw mix among serving plates.
  7. Top with manicotti.
  8. Drizzle with dressing.
