This is a delicious cold side dish that can be served at any time of year but I love putting it on my Christmas buffet. It is very colorful and even kids love it!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
4 cups cooked white rice any kind
1 large can mandarin oranges minced
2 stalks celery minced (optional)
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 bottle of creamy french dressing ( the orangest color)
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. This recipe is to taste.
2. Mix everything together
3. Adjust the taste by adding more dressing or mayonnaise
4. Refrigerate until serving.
