3 long buns |
2 eggs, whisked |
oil, to shallow fry |
breadcrumbs, as required |
200 g boiled and shredded chicken |
2 onions, peeled,washed and finely chopped |
1/2 cup cabbage |
1/2 cup bean sprouts |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste |
salt |
2 -3 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Dip the long buns in the whisked egg. 2. Coat it with the breadcrumbs. 3. Fry till golden brown in a wok. 4. Now, start preparing the flling. 5. To do this, heat oil in a pot. 6. Add chicken and onions. 7. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes. 8. Add sprouts, cabbage, pepper, ginger-garlic paste and salt. 9. Stir-fry for a minute. 10. Remove from flame. 11. Cut the fried buns in the center and place the chicken filling in it. 12. Decorate with 2 curry leaves and a cherry. 13. Secure with a toothpick and serve. |
