Chicken Lasagna (Lower Fat/Lower Calorie)

This is healthy, but still rich and delicious.
Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed fat-free cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup skim milk
4 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced
2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Spray a frying pan with nonstick spray and saute the onions, green pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
2. Add the soup, milk, and chicken breast.
3. In a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray, layer:.
4. 3 noodles.
5. cottage cheese.
6. 3 noodles.
7. 1/2 of the chicken sauce.
8. chedder cheese.
9. second 1/2 of the chicken sauce.
10. parmesan cheese.
11. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
