Chicken in Mushroom Sauce

Chicken breasts simmered in a creamy mushroom sauce are served with rice.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of mushroom soup (regular, 98% fat free or 25% less sodium)
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups hot cooked rice
chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
2. Add soup, milk and black pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with rice. Garnish with parsley.
