Chicken in a Biscuit

Easy to make chicken-pot-pie.
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 2/3 cups skim milk, divided
2 cups reduced fat bisquick
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
2. Place chicken in large mixing bowl. Add vegetables, soup and 1 cup of milk to chicken; mix well. Spoon mixture into ungreased 9 square baking dish.
3. Combine Bisquick, remaining 2/3 cup milk and cheese in mixing bowl; mix well. Drop equal portions of biscuit dough over top of chicken mixture, flattening each portion about 3/4 inch thick. Do not allow dough to touch.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
