Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp dill seasoning ( add to taste)
  • 1/2 small cucumbers or 1/2 medium cucumber
  • lettuce (optional)
  • tomato (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes or strips and cook in a pan over med heat (can add olive oil or butter to cook).
  2. Chop the cucumber into tiny bits.
  3. Mix the yogurt, dill and cucumbers
  4. Put chicken in pita and spoon sauce over top.
  5. Can put lettuce and tomato to top off.
  6. This can easily be doubled or tripled.
