easy way to use leftover Chicken
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb. boneless chicken cubed
2 medium onions cut into wedges
1 green pepper cut into strips
1 lb. 13 oz. _1 can tomatoes
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tbs. minced garlic
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. shrimp
3 cups hot cooked rice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except Shrimp and rice in a large saucepan
2. Cover and bring to boil
3. Simmer 45 minutes untill chicken is tender
4. Add shrimp Heat 1 minute Serve with rice Makes 6 servings
