Ingredients:
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup corn
1 cup fresh okra, diced
2 cups tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1 cup diced leftover cooked chicken
any other leftover vegetables
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
hot cooked rice (optional)
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in frypan.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve with rice.
