chicken medium cut into medium pieces
ginger garlic paste 2 table spoon
chilly powder 2table spoon
turmeric powder 1l2 teaspoon
garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
vinegar 2tablespoon
onion2
curry leaves
oil for frying
Directions:
1. cut chicken in to medium pieces.put slit on the pieces.make marinade with ginger garlic paste chilly powder,turmeric pd,garam masalapd,salt,vinegar. keep it for an hour.make the oil hot and deepfry. garnish with the fried onion and curry leaves
