A cool and refreshing main-dish chicken salad. Chicken can be purchased precooked & diced making prep fast and easy. This is delicious served with poppy seed bread.
Ingredients:
4 cups diced cooked chicken
3 cups diced celery
3 cups red seedless grapes
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, well drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise or 3/4 cup miracle whip
3/4 cup thawed cool whip
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes and pineapple.
2. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing.
3. Combine dressing with salad and mix well.
4. Note: Recipe may be doubled or halved.
